Code of Ethics

 

WordCount abides by a strict code of ethics. In providing services to my clients, I promise to:

• Safeguard confidentiality of information entrusted to me. I will not use any information for personal gain or in any way that would be damaging to my client.

• Offer only those services that I am able to perform well.

• Obtain my client’s signed authorization before subcontracting any services to an outside source for completion.

• Ensure that any supplies or materials entrusted to me by my client are only used for that client’s purposes and as requested by the client.

• Maximize use of all available resources to provide optimum benefit to my client

• Maintain regular contact with my client throughout the course of a project and provide updates as to its progress.
