Billable Hours
WordCount Virtual Office Assistance uses TraxTime software to maintain accurate records of billable time.
All administrative work is charged at an hourly rate in 15-minute
increments. Billable hours include physical meetings, phone
calls, or travel, as well as any study or research that pertains
to your project. Special projects may be negotiated. There is no minimum time commitment required;
however, there is a one-hour minimum charge per invoice.
Terms & Conditions
Payment is due upon receipt. Checks or money orders should be made payable to WordCount. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee. You may also pay securely through PayPal. (Note: WordCount is not set up to receive debit or credit card payments at this time).
Materials and supplies (postage, printing, packing materials,
etc.) are billed at actual cost.
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
PST. However, evening and weekend projects may be arranged in
advance.
